Bio
I am a Chrysalis-trained counsellor, having completed the Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and over 25years’ experience of working with children 0-18 years, parents, and adult individuals. Primarily, I use Person-Centred therapy techniques, although I am an integrative counsellor, which means I will incorporate other approaches to ensure a truly tailored counselling experience for my client. As well as my counselling qualification, I hold a BA (Hons) in Childhood & Youth Studies. In all client work, I adhere to the National Counselling Society (NCS) Code of Ethics, which can be found online, and I have a full and clear enhanced DBS check for Children and Vulnerable Adults.
