Bio
I am an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist supporting clients with a range of issues including: Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement, Loss, Self-esteem issues, Relationship issues, Trauma, Emotional and Physical abuse, Attachment disorders, OCD, Anger management, PTSD, Work related issues and Stress. This is with adults and young people aged 12+. I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist which means I combine different modalities of therapy together to suit the needs of the client. More specifically I combine the person centred approach, attachment theory and CBT. I find this effective in working with a variety of issues that clients present with. I work collaboratively with you to work on therapy goals at a pace that suits you. I will also do regular check ins with you to ensure you are getting what you want out of your sessions.
